FULL

I'm sorry for the long delay in updating the blog.  Life is just FULL these days.  Fuller than ever.
Our house is FULL...Corey's parents and grandmother are relocating to Virginia and have been staying with us for just over a month now.  It has been so fun having them around, but an adjustment for sure!  There are now 8 people and 2 dogs in here!

Our life is FULL...Just to give you a glimpse, here is a list of the blog posts that I've been working on to catch everyone up on the Fall of 2011 and Winter of 2012 so far:  garden, vacation, homeschooling, mason, roths' visit, will's birthday, ticonderoga, corey's birthday, zoo, ben's head, thanksgiving, cakes, ben's birthday, christmas, etc.
Terrible, isn't it?  I tried to motivate myself with that "blog marathon" a while back, but I think I got kicked out of the race.  Besides blogging for the small following of readers, I also do this for myself...to remember all this stuff!  We're getting the blog printed so we can keep it like a scrapbook for years to come.  So, I WILL catch up...eventually.

Our brains are FULL...decisions, decisions...what-ifs...and so on.  We are still on the path of pursuing an overseas job.  Medical clearances (done!!), job opportunities, replacements, house plans, etc. have been just some of the things on the agenda lately.  We are continuing to ask God for wisdom and ask you to continue to do the same...thank you for praying.  This is all so scary and exciting!

Our hearts are FULL.  I continue to stand in awe at the blessings that surround me.  Maybe I'm just going through a phase, or maybe it's because thinking of leaving puts a lot of things in perspective, but I've been brought to tears left and right lately.  I don't deserve God's mercy and grace...and yet He pours it out in abundance over me.

With the new year comes goals and plans and resolutions.  I'm trying to focus on one thing this year...well--this life!...here are some lyrics from a current favorite of ours...

What would make a man so bold
Make a woman lay her own life down
Only one thing
Jesus Christ, Magnified
All over the world
Lifted High, glorified
All over the world
Only One thing
Is Worth everything
Jesus Christ, Magnified
All over the world

One Thing by Matt Papa
like it so much we gave these cd's to all the youth
Bear with me as I seek to balance all that's going on and still try to keep recording all the fun here!
